Rockbridge Vineyard and Brewery Trout-To-Table; Saturday, Nov 1, 10:00 AM-2:30 PM

Our most unique experience!  In collaboration with Ladyfish and Wesley Hodges,  Rockbridge Vineyard and Brewery presents Trout-To-Table: a unique day of angling education and culinary exploration! All are welcome, No experience needed, All equipment provided. 

Your morning will start with a tour of the property while you enjoy a glass of award-winning sparkling.  We will share a lesson on casting and fly fishing fundamentals and then head to the trout stocked pond!  You will have the option to keep your catch! Bring a cooler and take home what you catch!

Enjoy a chef prepared full menu by Wesley Hodges and a pairing of wine and beer with each course:

Hors D'oeurves:  Prosciutto-Wrapped Goat Cheese Dates

Starter:  Sweet Corn and Roasted Potato Chowder 

Main: Stone-Ground Grits with Roasted Tomatoes & Peppers, Grilled Lemon-Dill Trout, Cast-Iron Sautéed Kale

**Each course paired alongside a Rockbridge Vineyard and Brewery Wine and Beer
